I’m not sure I understand about rolling credit card debt, but all I can say is you need to find deals by NOT looking in the hottest areas. Find yourself some “quieter” areas with motivated sellers.

Washington D.C. homes are selling way above asking price and appraised value. I’m looking for deals to roll credit card card debt into home equity debt, but market is on sellers side. What book should I invest in to learn how to tackle this type of market.
