any thoughts on finding private money using a great letter to people with money. I have an obligation to use a mailing firm to send out letters for a contracted period of time. So besides my I buy houses letters and postcards, I figure…since I’m paying for it…send letters to affluent areas using the 12% secured with RE idea. any thoughts? any other more targetted list or ways to hit these people?
