there’s a web site called www.eletter.com that does direct mailing to a neighborhood you chose,or you can send them the addresses you would like to use.It costs about $70.00 per 100 letters,or postcards.

I’m sure this has been covered 1000 times but I dare to ask again. What advise would all you experts and experience people offer to a newbie with very limited funds that is interested in doing subject to deals and L/O? I have been studing Real Estate Investing for over 1 year now and although I have gotten my feet wet with a couple of possible deals that never materialized (I than got very discourage to say the least). In my depression I realized that I was looking for the deals and not letting the motivated sellers find me; hence, no marketing plan. So, to correct this I am analizing my goals (short&long term)and with all this in mind can someone offer me some very inexpensive ways to market to get my phone ringing with motivated sellers?
