Any chance I could view your flyer? I would apprciate it, since I am in the process of pursuing my RE offices for presentations. I thought I would wait until I review more of John’s material first. However, it would be a benefit to me to see my Mastermind Group peers take the first steps.

Of course, the most important things about the note business are finding them and selling them for profit. Maybe another discussion topic could be how we in the Mastermind Group could form a loose association to do as the large note web sites do, and figure out a way to display what we have for sale and what we are looking for to buy. We could post hints and ideas for finding investors, presentation techniques, negotiating, etc., sort of an on line R.E. investment club? Maybe I’m all wet, but it seems like we should be able to help each other in a direct way somehow.

I put a flyer together, single page, to
use as a hand-out for real estate agents.
You should receive it shortly via e-mail.
It comes from OPI (Other People’s Ideas),
so I do not take credit for originality.
Changes were made so I can say it is my
own.
I am in the process of putting together
some ideas on how to make a presentation
at real estate agent meetings.
I have been to two brokerage offices, and
my proposal to make a presentation was
reasonably well-received. Right now, I
am waiting for a time commitment from each
broker.
When I am able to put something together,
I will let you know. Any suggestions/ideas
you might have are welcome.
