Hi,
Im looking for someone who has experience working in the crazy NYC RE market, not looking for someone to holf my hand but to just reassure me that it can be possible out here, with evidnce rather then words of encouragement, thanks. I’ve gotten alot of good ideas and support from more experienced investors by attending meetings at two of the real estate clubs that meet in NYC & NJ. Check into the Ultimate Investors Real Estate Club. They meet monthly in the city… 8th Ave & 23rd St. I think their recorded phone line is 718-424-7583. There’s also the Metropolitan Real Estate Investors Association, which meets in Northern NJ. Check out their web site http://www.mreia.com/ for info on meetings. It’s worth going there. Good Luck.
