I am looking for someone in the inland empire area of Southern California who has lots of first hand, SUCCESSFUL!!! first hand experience finding, fixing and flipping houses. I would like for that person to walk me through a deal or two, (from finding the right property to COE) for a cut of the action. If anyone is interested, please let me know.
