He started by advertising in the local paper offering 9% interest. He then sent inquirers an information packet or brochure. If they were interested he would add them to his list and give them a call when he needed money for a deal.

After a while he got so many referrals he no longer needed to advertise.

I would like to see those materials too if anyone has them.

I have been reading posts in the archives by Merle. I noticed he hasn’t posted since around Sep 01. Anyone in contact with him? Also does anyone have a copy of his course that he no longer sells? I would like to read about his technique to attract private investors.
