How does one go about dealing with a buyer that has declared bankruptcy? How much difficulty is there in recovering the home? This is just one of the many arguments that have been put forth against me to keep me from this venture. Basically I am a deer in the headlights right now looking around for mobile home parks and scowering about. Another questions is, to get the low down on repos, does one just contact a bank and say, “Tell me what ya got?”
