If I don’t have enough time to form one of the above corp, and I did the deal in my own personal name, could I later transfer it to the corp?
Also, if I was able to buy land and mh, I could charge lot rent FOREVER right? Along with the cost of the mh.
BTW, when you get a minute, please read the post down below by Danoprt. I think the heading is Is this a deal or can it be a deal, please read this post, it’s about the other person I had call on my ad.
