Contact HCD (department fo Housing and Coumminty Development) they are the branch of our (CA) state government which handles all mobile home stuff.
Tell them you need a dealer packet and find out when the next classes are and where.

There have been some great posts here about how to get oneself legally ready to buy and sell MH. Since each state might regulate differently, I have to ask too. What are the requirements to do MH business in CA? Hate to keep bringing this up, but I am ready to rock and roll!
