Need to buy in the nashville, Tn area. A repoed or used doublewide with in first week of june. In good area. I will be teaching in nashville schools. Need very low dn paym’t and low monthly paym’ts…would like a nice clean one …maybe out of town on some hills. wouldn’t mind a short drive into the city.

Yes, there is a guy there named Lee who has done about a zillion deals. And I remember him saying that he’s the only guy in town doing Lonnie Deals. So there’s probably plenty of room for you to get started.
Lee doesn’t hang out on this website. You’ll have to go to one of the workshops to meet him. But he would tell you the same thing we’ll all tell you to get started. Read all of the mobile home how-to articles, and buy Lonnie Scruggs book Deals on Wheels for $30 on this website. Its how most of us got started in this business.
