With those prices whatever you have will sell if you get the word out enough.
Talk to the park manager.
Put a sign in the park Laundry room.
Run cheapo adds.
Pay referral fees.
Wholesale it to another investor area if all else fails.

I have 2 handyman special MH’s. I put and ad in the paper last weekend and I got 1 call:
Needs minor work, You fix and save $$'s,
owner financing available, 555-5555
At the beginning of last month I put a similar ad in the paper and I got 20 calls. Could it be the weather? It is starting to get a little colder. I am afraid I will be stuck paying lot rent for the next 4 months. How can I get rid of these fast! I have about $500 in each and could easily get $1800-2400 with owner financing. But I think I would take $1000 ea. if one were to pay cash. I don’t think I want to do the rehab myself, cause I am low on cash. The homes are in a neighborhood with a not so good reputation, but I have done other deals before. Because of the neighbor hood, I cannot justify fixing myself and selling for $5-6k. I think my next ad will say:
El Cheapo, rent to own, needs minor repairs
call 555-5555
Any other suggestions? Please HELP! I want out!
