I purchased both of lonnie’s books about 6mos ago. I did my first deal and it turned out very well. I bought a 12 X 64 for $ 3100.00 and put about $ 400.00 into it. I then had it sold in less that a week for $ 8700.00, $ 500.00 dn, 12.5% int, 50 payments of $210.00. I’m trying to locate all of the parks in my area, I’ve been using the yellow pages, but I’m finding out that not all of them are listed in there. Does anyone know where I could get a complete listing of parks in my area ( Mesa, AZ), Thank You
