By the nature of your questions, I would highly recommend Lonnie Scruggs Book “Deals on Wheels” its only $29.95. It REALLY helped me jump start my MH investing.
To answer your question directly offer COLD HARD CASH, BUY CHEAP, THEN RESELL OWNER FINANCE.
