Hi again,
I talked to the owner of the MH and asked her that question, “If I were to pay all cash what is the least you would consider?” Her answer: $3300 (was $3500)and that she bought it for more than that 3 years ago.
I told her I would get with my partner and that I wish that she could do better and I would call her back.
In talking to my partner I suggested we call her and tell her to keep our number and if she hadn’t sold the MH, to give us a call.
My partner wants to remind her that if she doesn’t sell before the lot rent is due, she will have two options. 1)To pay rent again and/or 2)moving the MH will be added expense for her.
I told him to make the call…
