I would like an unbiased opinion(not motivated by
commission) of the Miami high rise condo rental market.

There’s a multitude of inventory in Miami’s high rise market
REO’s,short sales,& rentals.

Every broker you speak to has his his or her favorite
building. The fact remains that Downtown,Brickell, & South
Beach are the most desirable sub markets.

However due to the sheer volume of available units I’m
positive that the rental rates are experiencing downward
pressure.

Asking prices are just that asking prices. Both sale &
rental properties are active for quite sometime. How do you
accurately asses valuations in this situation?

Every broker you speak to insures you of how “tight” the
rental market is & how “desirable” this project is yet these
so-called desirable projects have several units on various
floors with various views both for sale & rent.
