I’m looking for hard money lenders interested in investing in Southeastern Michigan, primarily Detroit. Will you please provide your requirements for lending (i.e., LTV, interest rate, etc.). I’ll be investing in single and multi-family homes. I’ve checked the newspaper and too many are brokers and not true hard money lenders.
