Val, thanks for the quick response. I’m in Ypsilanti, MI…we are logistically pretty far apart;but, who knows. I’m just learning this business. My wife is getting interested in this concept also…she actually seems to “take” to it quicker than I do.

So if you’ve been on this page for 3 yrs…how has your MH investing gone? Do you do “Lonnie” deals? Thanks for the phone#, I"ll give you a call also.

I’ve now read both of Lonnie’s books and am very interested in MH buying/selling as described in Lonnie’s books. I’ve been reading some of the messages on this page and am wondering if there are any Michigan MH investors here and/or does anyone know of any “special” realities exisiting in Michigan that are radically different from what I’ve read about in the books and on this page? Kindly advise.
