Does anyone have a summary for Michigan law in regards to:

  1. Warranty at sale vs. As-Is laws/regulations? What is the seller responsible/accountable for?

  2. I read on the MI Attorney General’s site that the maximum interest rate for a first lien is 11% simple interest; 7% if not secured by a first lien

  3. What are the requirements for a license in MI?

Any comments or input would be greatly appreciated, especially those from Michigan.
