Both Ray and John Hyre (among others) have posted their opinions on the subject.

In general, I think you’ll find that small REITS are rather clumsy; there are probably better ways to achieve your objectives.

Columbus is an interesting place – plenty of experienced investors with money and plenty of folks who know how to bring them together in deals (projects) that make sense.

I am interested in starting a new REIT. I was wondering if anyone on the boards could provide me with some advice.

I have pipeline to an institutional investor (money), and I was wondering what other key componets I would need, as far as management team.
