we live in a modular home and we love it… but when we went to find financing we had a hard time… Local banks won’t loan to what they call a Trailer house… I have asked them to come out and see ours before they call it a trailer house… but they wouldn’t… our taxes though are as much as an on site house. which is funny considering they say mobile home depreciate fast…I have to agree with everything I watched today… Wish I could get some lenders to watch it…thanks would like to see the show again so I could record it.
