That doesn’t use credit? Hard to buy a house w/o credit. Are you just Sub2ing your properties then or are they really cheap cash deals? Or are am I missing something basic

hello, minimum fico score with any lender for 100% financing is in the area of 560-580, it does not matter what state your in, my company does financing in all 52 states

Owner Occupied (O/O)property or
Non Owner occupied (N/O/O) investment???
For O/O, 580 for Full Documentation
For N/O/O, 680 Full Doc (possibly 660 with one or two lenders)
