hi all,
just wanted to tell you about a very unusual weekend.
found a m/h for sale,on the sign was as is $2800,so i
called.told the owner it needed a floor & asked for his best price,he answered,how about $1500,i said ill let him know,well he called back twice & i got it for $1000,then i
found a doublewide in the paper,went to look at it saturday,
the owner told me it belonged to a relative that passed on
& no one wanted it anymore,just got off the phone with him
& he said will you give me $500 for it.how can i turn down a
doublewide for that price.miracles do happen. joe cee
