I don’t mean to discourage you.

This is a people business…to thrive in this
business you have to network with people. Build you
team. You can’t do it alone. If you think you can
be like RAMBO come to the enemy’s camp and win them
all solo…you are wrong.

Build a friendship with attorney, accountant, realtors/
brokers, lenders/mortgage brokers, contractors, building code officer, the court house clerks,
postmen/mailmen, etc. I’m talking about sincere
friendships…not bogus one.

Surround yourself with the right people and you’ll
enhance your chance of winning this game. I’m sorry
to tell you that there is no short cut.
