I am want to targent expired listings on my local MLS. Real estate agents and brokers you will regular provide me with expired listings are difficult to find. As a result, I thought I would ask other professions who normally have MLS if they would provide me with expired listings for a fee. Who else would have MLS access besides appraisors and RE agents?
