Jay: Don’t know anyplace you get MLS online. You can get sales price info at: www.homepricecheck.com and also at: http://rhs.iown.com/ They don’t serve all parts of the USA yet so not certain your area is included. Hope it is of some help.

I new to real estate investment? Other than having a real estate license or going to the Tax Assessors office, does anyone know a site that offers the MLS to run comp’s?
