I always go visit a motivated seller when I want to learn the value of a mobile home.
Value is relative and it depends on your perspective. Are you a seller trying to make a profit by flipping a home, or do you have to sell for a certain price to cover a lien, or what? Are you a buyer looking for good investment, or are you looking for an affordable place to live?

Are you looking for a retail or wholesale price. MH’s are a differant animal than traditional real estate. Its rare that the homes are comped and there really isn’t an MLS like there is for stick built homes. The value is typically how much you can find someone to pay for it. Also, the value is higher if you are selling the home on payments vs a straight cash sale. Hope this helps.
