Can someone please tell me if the year a mobile home is manufactured is the same as the model year, or are they like cars – manufactured in the year before the model?
I bought a used mh – foreclosure. The credit company said it is a 1999, but the title has the 1998 as the year of manufacture. The guy we bought it from says that it is considered a '99 anyway. How can I tell for sure?
