I currently have two for sell in Tampa, that I’m not making too much progress with. Trying to sell for double what I paid. I’ve had some lookers, but no serious offers yet. There are so many MHs here it seems that prices are a bit depressed.
If you buy in over 55 park, you may be limiting the people you’ll attract. But, there are plenty of over 55s down here, so who really knows?

Hey guys,
Going to buy a mobile home to do an owner finance flip deal. My question is what type of park should I be targeting? Family, over 55, upper/lower end, etc. Found a good one in an over 55 park. 1983 14x70 in good shape…CHA and all. It’s done for 2K or less, but will I be able to sell it in there? Tampa, FL area.
