I visited a site on the Net and found that you need a dealer license for $300 and surety bond of $25,000 just to buy and sell ONE MH. Is this right. I am just a private investor.
My credit is not too hot. I am concerned that I wont be able to get a bond…even if I use my corporation on the dealer application. I would appreciate good news if anyone has any.
I need to know about private investing in mobile homes (dealer licenses in FLorida or NOT?).
Any input appreciated.
I am ready to place my first ad…don’t want to be fined by the DMV.
