Hi Jay,
Personally I don’t like working with brokers, as they often have a whole bunch of things going and cannot give my deal the attention that it needs.
Also I don’t like splitting my pie into a bunch of pieces. But that is me.
What I would suggest is making a pro’s and con’s list to help you reach your decision.
I’m also in S. CA (San Diego area). Welcome to the neighborhood.

I live in the Southern CA. area…I am coming across great deals in certain mobile home parks…I wanted to know…as far as working a deal…would it be in my best interest to find the deal, fix up the mobile home and give it to a broker to sell, since I am “TIME POOR”. i work very long hrs…the market down here has a strong hispanic population. Would it be better to let a bilingual broker sell my properties for me…???
