I’m sitting on a bunch of leads at the moment, from all over the US. Some are probably good Lonnie Deals. (and many probably aren’t)

I have leads for people selling as well as people wanting to buy. (including what they say they can put down and afford per month.)

I’ll give you the current leads I have for free. (Not including parts of lower Michigan and upper Indiana.)

I’ll also ask for a non-disclosure/non-compete agreement via fax.

The dates on these leads span from yesterday to about 4 months ago. Please contact me if interested and we’ll talk more about it. (Nope… this isn’t some weird type of spam… After so long, the leads will be stale and useless to anyone. I can’t make money on these leads at the moment and would rather give back to members of a place that continues to educate me.)

I kinda looked before I leaped in this case. I’m surprised by the interest as well. I don’t know what I will do about the non-disclosure/non-compete agreements yet.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a zip code radius (or a real good grasp on geography) and can only give you leads state by state.

These leads are in my email box and I will need to manually go through them, sort them, and forward them.

I’ll try to figure this out and get it going tonight. I’m leaving tomorrow morning for the weekend, so if you’ve emailed and haven’t heard back from me, you’ll hear from me early next week.

I don’t want to give the same leads out more than once, so if your state has already been requested (since I have no other easy way to do tha at the moment), then I might have to email you to tell you that I can’t send the leads.
