Hi,
I’m looking to go after some mobile home notes, I read some posts on here that suggested to call mobile home dealers and managers to see if they know of a private indivudual with a note on a mobile home. Can anyone tell me exactly how to open the dialogue, what to ask, and also what’s in it for them? Do you offer a finder’s fee and if so what would be an attractive finder’s fee to them?
Any help will be appreciated.
