Yep… if they are true MH/land combos, they can often be treated like RE notes in large part, depending on certain particulars (related to age, foundations, etc).
But, they will also be treated like SECOND mortgages, with regard to risk rating and underwriting. To get a little better handle on that end of it, take a look at this thread down below:
