My FICO is around 710+. I am looking to buy a small MHP one of these areas: TX, AZ, GA, NC, FL. I will ask seller for carry some down. Is it hard to do 10% or less, do I need to be pre-qualified, and how long will it take to fund? Price range 500k or below. Park must have low maintenance, 80% full, self run(turnkey), mostly resident owned homes. It will be run by local PM co/or manager as my out-of-state investment.
