That dont help you though; the thing is, with few parks, there are going to be few Lonnie Dealers. Get Lonnie’s books, and learn how to do it yourself, advertise for Lonnie Dealers, check mobilehomeuniversity.com for lonnie dealers in your area, call Bo for repo units:

Hello, my name is Chris and I need some good advise. I own a Mobile Home Park in Louisana. The park has 11 acres with 139 lots that have utlities! There are 44 units presently. The park has at least 200k in equity. I spent all that I have to keep it nice and clean, but I am cash straped and need more mobiles. The park is draining me and refinacing is not an option that I would like to take. Any advise?
