Can someone give me a due diligence checklist for purchasing a mobile home park. I think I am getting close to purchasing one and need to know the things to check to ensure that the deal is a good one. The numbers look great but do I need to get a land survey, what type of insurance, what to inspect as far as the property itself goes, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
