i am looking into buying a mobile home. my husband and i are first time buyers. we are putting it on my grandparents property as a hardship home. temporary at first, then we will move it eventually to our own property. we just went bankrupt. we live in so. oregon. what are our chances of buying a foreclosed mobile? and how can we find out about them without going through an agent? we have an excellent co-signers, good income, and excellent rental history. we also heard that hud mobiles go cheap too.
what would you recommend in our position with the bankruptcy and all? my grandparents are basically giving us this opportunity to get ahead.
