Now it’s my turn to ask some questions.
I have moved to an area that is relatively low income (rural S. GA) and am considering moving into the mobile home investment area. The site built housing is generally very expensive here in relation to incomes so mobile homes are very popular.
What are the best resources to use and why?
I am well versed in real estate as it relates to site built properties so I don’t need resources that cover real estate basics. I need the info that specifically relates to mobile homes. ( Parks, Homes, Notes, Laws, etc.)

Have you checked out Lonnie Scruggs’ how to articles and books and course on this site? They are what I used to make a couple of mobile home investments. They are very complete for doing deals in mobile homes.
