Mobile homes are personal property and can be held in a “personal property” trust - a simple, revocable, “nominee”-type trust similar to a land trust.

Can mobile homes be held in a Land Trust? If not, is there another similar entity that could own a mobile home or homes so that State dealer laws, transfers, etc. are not so straightforwardly encountered as in personal dealings?
