Yes they do. Dirk Roach is pretty set here in SD doing these deals. Me? I am just getting started, but have put many hours into penetrating the market. Looks good so far. The numbers may have to be tweaked a little, but the concept is alive and well. Hey, maybe we can chat sometime?
