However, the way to get the kind of step-by-step instructions you’re asking for is to order Lonnie Scruggs’ books, Deals On Wheels and Making Money with Mobile Homes, which you can order from this site. It’s best to order both at once and get a free audiotape that goes with them. They’re an unbelievable bargain at $30 each. Lonnie also has an audio course, which you can investigate if you’re interested. Do an archive search on “Lonnie” to find where he’s posted a description of the audio course.

“Deals On Wheels” by Lonnie Scruggs is where many of us started. The book only runs about $30. If you are like me, you will want both books at the same time (Making Money with Mobile Homes is the second book) and if you order the both at the same time, Lonnie sends you a free tape as well.
