Is it a good idea to invest in Mobile homes in Florida where hurricanes could devistate the entire area? I mean there is more of a chance with a moblie home than a regular house. I am interested in mobile homes but am a little hesitant. Any input is appreciated.
Also with all the investment courses available how does one decide where to start? Help?
