In my state, you could get by without licensing up to 5 deals in a year. The neighboring state to the north will allow 1, then requiring licensing.

DC is right it varries from state to state. However what you might be able to do is find someone who is doing Lonnies in your state that is licensed and work out some sort of deal to run your deals through them. For like a small fee 50 or 100 bucks or somesuch.
