Hello,

I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with
Modular homes? Any good books/buyer’s guides that anyone knows of? Costs vs. Manufactured vs. stick-built? From what I’ve seen on the internet, they can look pretty custom.

Pat,
This was discussed over on the main board recently. One of the regular posters (JT_IN) has had experience in this area. He’s built and sold both modular and stick. As I recall, the cost came out pretty even in the end.
