Try another broker and if that doesn’t work, you will have find another buyer. What state are you in?

bought house in93 for 55k va loan,need to get 46kpay off (release va loan) and 35k cash.credit ???,have a buyer but mtg broker is playing games i guess,he has credit issues and self-employeed.What to do ,Need to leave town asap and need easiest way to get money and this buyer in house.HOUSE is Appr @ 100-115
