It’s just a goof. It was fun to read and follow along and Bill gave about ten times the info and research than I would have put into it. Why so picky?
If you want to learn more, check it out and do your own legwork and thank Bill for bringing it to your attention.
Me, that was more than enough to satisfy my curiosity in the manner, and since I never know what’s what in these sort of situations, I always reserve judgment unless and until I’ve documented it to my own satisfaction. Frankly, that’s more work than I intend to put into it.
