What are “trade margin” Homes? I found one in my area for $10,000. Also on this other home that is listed for $61,000, If I were to make an offer of $45,000, the payments would be about $300/month. I could rent or lease/option it for an easy $350/month. Is it worth it?
When you have a home and are planning on renting or lease/optioning it, which one should you charge more per month for? I am going to order Joe Kaiser’s Lease/option strategy, as soon I sell this MH this week.
