I need some help with this.
It is a condo 1br seller is relocationg and very motivated. The seller is not in a position to finance but is willing to pay for the close. The tax ass. on prop is 32k I put in an offer for 34k retail is about 45k. All good so far right I might even try to LO it after the purchase anyway the problem is the condo complex is high in investors not too many owner occ’s. Any advice on what type of mortgage would fit here?
