I very much appreciate your words of encouragement.

Would you be so kind as to elaborate on the benefits of a simple trust or refer me to an educational source?

Thanks again.

Mortgage Assumability - Posted by Mary Ann

I have purchased and studied the Carlston Sheets program. In the more than twenty phone calls which I have made to sellers who have advertised in the newspaper and appear to be flexible, I have not found one seller who has an assumable mortgage. Isn’t that the cornerstone of the Sheets program? I’m discouraged and seeking advice.

Thank you.

Any program that has as its cornerstone the requirement to find homes with assumable mortgages is a program that’s probably wasn’t conceived in this decade.

You shouldn’t be discouraged. You just haven’t yet formulated a workable plan.

Experienced investors today know that the assumability of a mortgage isn’t much of an issue. A simple trust solves 90% of your problems.
